For Doctor Family, our goal is to establish a comprehensive system enabling users to effortlessly locate and schedule visits to healthcare facilities. Additionally, we aspire to develop a dedicated in-house platform for these clinics to effectively oversee their patients' medical records.

During this project, I worked as a freelance designer alongside Minh Nguyen, the technical lead. We faced tight deadlines and limited resources for in-depth research. As a result, this document will primarily showcase the main diagrams and interface designs.
Let's dive in the process
goals
Doctor Family serves as a comprehensive repository of information for numerous healthcare clinics. It offers clinics the capability to register and manage their profile information. From the patient's perspective, this platform enables them to search for clinics that match their medical requirements, encompassing factors such as location, clinic name, and specialty.
In terms of clinic administration:
Administrators possess the ability to configure clinic operational parameters, encompassing fundamental details such as clinic name, location, and operating hours, as well as maintain a roster of doctors and establish accounts for them.
Clinic-affiliated physicians can utilize this platform to access and review their appointment schedules.
style guide
Since this is a medical platform, I decided to go with blue and purple as the primary and secondary color palette. Also, using a Vietnamese font type is worth spreading its practical.
design
In total, we have three platform for Doctor Family. A public website for the customers to search clinic, as well as create accounts to keep track on their medical report and appointments.
Second, we have an internal portal for the clinics and doctors. They can follow up the bookings and setup all the clinics' information.
Finally, of course that the medical employees can assess to the dashboard to view and edit their personal tasks, appointments, and customers' medical reports. Each role will be able to view specific features and informations.
