After a few months running the first version, we got many feedback and reports on the complicated in technical structure. Also, the user flows were very confusing.
Because this is a feature which all other ~30 module teams use frequently, it's necessary for us to enhance on the overall experience for User, Role and Permission Management.
challenges
Because we had to worked closely with the business stakeholders from another team, which required a lot of meetings to explain the concept & technical of the Role and Permission Management.
Also, these features are frequently used by all the module teams, we would need to keep the flow and process as much simple as possible.
